How do you Get Started?
1. Select your Package
Determine what you need for your growing local business, whether it’s a professional address, phone and voicemail services, reception services, or regular monthly hours at one of our furnished and equipped meeting rooms.
2. Pay for & Setup your Membership
Choose the package that best fits your company’s needs, utilizing our secure online payment and setup system. Once you provide your payment information, we will setup automatic monthly billing to ensure your space is reserved and avoid late fees.
3. Sign your Lease Agreement
Whether you need month-to-month services or prefer an annual lease, we offer flexible lease terms, and we can customize your contract with additional services, upgrades or downgrades.
4. Setup your Address & Phone Number
Once your contract is signed, ensure you update your business address and/or phone number on all your business communications, printed marketing materials, website and legal documents.
5. Setup your Account on our Spacebring® Software
Once our Business Center Manager sets up your account, login to our Spacebring® application so you can begin reserving the times you need a meeting room (whether on an as needed basis or recurring meetings).
6. Don't Forget our YSOS Referral Program
We appreciate the confidence our esteemed colleagues place in us by providing referrals on our services. For every office or virtual deal contracted through a referral, we pay 10% commission on the total fees for the initial twelve months of the contract.
